The POS system will lock when force closed or closed accidentally. To unlock the POS system, follow the below steps:
1. Click on the “F11 – Unlock” button or press “F11” on the keyboard.
2. Then enter the Cashier/Counter ID and click Enter to continue.
3. The POS system successfully unlocked.
