Notes:
- This guideline explains how to exclude selected items (e.g., Hero Items) from any active promotions in the POS system (Instant Rebate, Mix & Match, Storewide Discounts, etc.).
- Only the Manager or assigned PIC is allowed to perform item exclusions in the POS system.
- The Manager/PIC must take responsibility for checking and confirming which items need to be excluded from promotions.
1. Scan in the items.
2. Go to F1 > Exclude MM Promo
3. Enter Username and Password.
4. Tick the checkbox to mark the selected items as excluded from the promotion.
5. Press OK.
6. The items are now successfully excluded from promotions.
