Note: This guide helps you quickly and safely force close and restart the ARMS POS system when it becomes unresponsive (e.g., hangs, freezes, or stops responding).
1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard to bring up the taskbar (if it’s hidden).
2. Look at the taskbar (usually at the bottom of your screen).
3. Find the “KILL ARMS POS” shortcut that has been pinned to the taskbar.
4. Click on the “KILL ARMS POS” shortcut to immediately force close the ARMS POS.
5. Press “F11″ on your keyboard or click the “F11 – Unlock” button on the screen to unlock ARMS POS.
6. Key in the counter code and then press Enter to unlock the ARMS POS.

7. Click on “OK” to confirm and complete the unlock.
8. ARMS POS successfully restarted.
