IT EQUIPMENT DETAILS:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • I acknowledge that the listed IT equipment is the property of 3E Worldwide Sdn. Bhd. and is being assigned to the outlet for official operational use only.
  • I accept responsibility, on behalf of the outlet, for the proper use, care, and safekeeping of the equipment while it is under the outlet’s possession.
  • I understand and accept that any loss, theft, or damage to the listed equipment must be reported immediately to the Company’s IT department. The outlet may be held liable for the cost of repair or replacement, subject to the Company’s review.
  • I agree that only licensed and pre-approved software will be used on the devices to ensure compliance with legal and company standards. The use or installation of pirated or unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
  • I certify that the equipment has been received in good working condition, and any discrepancies (if any) have been documented at the point of handover.
  • I acknowledge that the Company’s IT personnel reserve the right to access and inspect the equipment and its contents at any time for maintenance, audit, or security purposes.
  • I understand that the outlet is accountable for ensuring these assets remain in good condition and are used strictly for business operations.
