The OC member has the privilege to enjoy special member price on selected range of products, to become a OC member, please refer to
OC Membership – Register as new member
1. First, click the Member Check button at POS, then scan the customer member ID into the POS system.
Or, click the F1 – help button at POS, go to Control > Member Check
2. There are few methods to enter the customer member ID:
- Scan the QR or barcode from the customer’s OC membership apps.
- Search by the customer’s name
- Search by the customer phone. no.
3. Click on the customer member ID, then click F2 – Select button or press F2 at keyboard to proceed.
4. The member ID and name will be displayed on the top bar of the POS system. Then continue to scan item and proceed payment as usual.
